Preorder items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. If for some
reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund. We will accept cancellations on preorder items, but will only issue a store credit
that can be used on future purchases. Refunds will not be permitted. Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates for
preorder items. We can't control shipping dates or delays from the manufacturers.
